Dr. Fixit Roofseal Top Coat is a single component, insulating elastomeric waterproof coating for roofs that will offer a seal against water and heat, waterproofing and insulating in easy steps. This monolithic waterproof membrane provides superior crack bridging and long lasting tough weather protective seal for exposed (new and old) roof surfaces. Dr. Fixit Roofseal Top Coat combines the benefits of waterproofing as well as heat reduction in a single product.

Site condition before cleaning
HiPressure Jet Cleaning with 2 equipments for quicker application
Dr Fixit Roof seal Top Coat is diluted with 50% water for priming
Geo Fabric is layed over the crack filler to avoid 100% non reoccurance of crack (only experts can execute these methods)
Dr Fixit applicators are trained in such a way that performance exceeds clients expectation. Dr fixit Roof Seal Top Coat comes with a warranty of 7 years, but if applied by the professionals, we can expect a life expectancy of more than 10 years.
First coat can be applied in the early morning hours in vertical or horizontal direction with roller or 4"brush
Second coat can be applied after 5 hrs preferably in the evening in perpendicular direction to the previous coat
