Dr Fixit Roof Seal Top Coat system consists of one primer dilluted with 50% water, and two top coats. including surface prepation and crack treatment. Dry flim thickness is 450 micron, Elongation property is >250%, average coverage for 20ltrs bucket is 300sqft depending upon the surface finish.

Dr Fixit New Coat- Water proofing for Bigger terrace

 Old buildings above 1500 sq.ft, especially apartments requires heavy duty coating with thickness of 1m.m. to bridge the cracks due to themal stress, we offer Dr Fixit New Coat Terrace Waterproofing Systems comprising of surface preparation, primer, crack treatment and three coats of Dr Fixit new coat with mesh. It comes in three colours, Terracotta, grey and white. We sgenerally suggest white colour since it has more solar reflection property and there by thermal stress is very less in the building structure. . 

Dr Fixit New Coat Ezee - water proofing for smaller terrace

New coat Ezee was introduced as a 2 Coat economical waterproof coating of the terrace. Besides with water profing characteristics, it has heat reflection property also and can bridge the crack upto 1m.m. Material cost per sqft is rs 22- 25/-

Dr. Fixit Newcoat coool is a heat reducing & ‘Energy Saving acrylic waterproof coating, providing a seamless waterproof barrier that can withstand expansion and contraction movements due to heat build-up. It helps in reduction of energy usages by less heat transfer into buildings. The coating serves the dual purpose of thermal reduction & with additional waterproofing protection. It is a, white color coating consisting of one primer and two caots of Dr Fixit new coat and third coat is Dr Fixit new coat coool.

Dr Fixit New coat coool has SRI value 115. which is the best in it's class  and with 7 years warrantee . 

 Dr Fixit Roof seal Flex -Terrace water proof coating

Dr Fixit Roof seal flex is a two component cementitious polymer coating desighned for large terrace with more elongation & composed of high quality cement, properly selected & graded fillers, additives and acrylic polymer. It is suitable for achieving waterproofing for roofs, because it provides strong bonding, good waterproofing and excellent resistant to hydrostatic water pressure by forming highly elastic seamless coating over the applied Terrace concrete surfaces. It should be applied after surface preparation, crack treatment, hunching in wall and floor joint. First coat should be applied after wetting the surface though water should not stagnant. application should be done preferrably in  the early morning or late evening since the temperature will be below 40 degree. second coat should be applied after 5 hrs in perpendicular direction to the previous coat. foot traffic after 3 days. pond test after 7 days, for 24 hrs, stagnated with water for 50m.m.m height.

Dr.Fixit Pidifin 2K is a two component cementitious & acrylic flexible composed of best quality portland cement. It is applied over concrete slab in terrace, toilet sunken portion,wet areas, water retaining structures like sump and tank. It should be applied after surface preparation, crack treatment, hunching in wall and floor joint. It is used as a waterproofing & protective coating for exterior walls of the buildings because it forms higher film thickness, has excellent flexibility, breathing properties, water resistance, crack-bridging ability, weathering durability and an excellent resistance to the growth of microorganisms.
